As I'm sure you've noticed, the colors and style around here have changed a bit. I am making some changes in my online presence and am still deciding where this blog fits in with that. Until then, I thought I'd play around with some new colors here :) I will continue to blog in some way, just figuring out where, how and under what name.

The Let it Fly name is so special to me. It took awhile for me to settle on a name that I thought would encompass everything I wanted it to. I tend to jump around with projects and am consistently tackling something new so I didn't want to be too specific. Let it Fly seemd to hit on the feeling of letting any of the ideas that pop into my mind come to life.  And I wanted to encourage other creatives to experiment, try new things, and  let all your ideas take flight. 

Now I would like to put my name out there in a more professional way and establish an online portfolio so I have somewhere to send people who ask about the work that I do.  But again, Let it Fly is very special to me and setting up a place to write and talk with other artists has led me to so many wonderful opportunities over the years that I want to keep this space alive.
